This is one injury of the couple I had so far I cannot shake off.
Brothers let me explain to you what happend.
Two month ago I did some incline chest presses with the awesome weight of 80kg, I unracked the weight without checking the pin that holds the seat in the rigth position.
I managed to lower the weight down to my chest and up again when the pin fell off and my i had to balance the weight so that it wouldn't hurt me.
I was able to balance it alright and let it come down to my chest and than to the gound, but when I lowerd the weight to the ground I had a massive pain in my right lower arm and in the wrist area, it was like the weight ripped the muscle in my lower arm and wrist.
Since then I have been at the doctor had a deep tissue massage and I still have pain in that area.
I took two month off and no change...
Anybody else has or had the same issue?

Maybe you should stick with weights you can handle, like a 25 lb plate on each side?

What did the doc say? Did he do something to check the nature of the injury? Bone, tendon, muscle, etc?
Ffs don't rely on massage. Nail down what it is first, then go about fixing it.

low amounts of deca and hgh and you'll pain will be gone in no time.
-
I'll agree with the Deca for recovery.
Maybe anti-inflammatories would be of use?

Gute Besserung!

Get a 6 or 8mg medrol pack-prenisolone to take the swelling and inflammation down if it is a tendon or ligament. or get a kennalog shot direct in the area, or do both.
I have the same problem with my biceps tendon.
