Gotta admit that Dex has the Full Muscle bellies and genetic muscle shape that translates to awesome "T-SHIRT" muscle.
It is the shape moreso than the size that makes Arms look awesome in t-shirts

You can have 19-20 inch guns but if the genetic shape aint good.....they don't look very impressive
