After 5 full months of dieting(except for a weekend in the Keys!!!!!!)...started 220ish on the scale and finished at 180lbs...lost strength on big lifts...esp. squat! But, I feel just as big and def. tighter!!!! Strength on everything else is good and I feel great! Thought I would share transformation pics....btw, I took another set of pics about 8 hours after my GBIII pics...I will share those after the contest....Thanks for the support...

I did it myself....I've always trained alone..lately, however, I have a consistent training partner...I planned my own diet with some input from others.

Thanks...that would be awesome! I really did'nt think I would be in contention for a win, but we'll see! That "Aquilles" is damn impressive though, Jesus Christ! If he's natural, then I've seen it all! :o

When you were 220 did you realize you had that much fat on you? I know I never realized how much fat I really had until it came off.

I think he knew that if he made the same face as in his signature pose, it would have been unfair to the others. THey would never have stood a chance.

You look great man, although your back could use some work. You should be proud of what your accomplished as 99.9% of people don't have that kinda discipline. If Aquiles did cheat then your are hands down our next Getbig III champion.

Thank you everyone :)...no, I've already bumped my carbs up and thrown in a "cheat" day..I will monitor and def. stay below 200lbs...kind've a maintenance phase on the diet and continued HEAVY ASS lifting! I'll never get that fat again!

Great transformation, you really proved you have a lot of discipline and that's something many lack. If you are really serious about bbing you need to concentrate on delts and quad sweep. Amazing job buddy.

Guy has poor genetics , factor in age as well..
No hating cos he is has made a great transformation compared to his last pics.
Not sure on what level of hormone asisstence has been used but most deff illegal fat burning agents are in use here.
Do I care? nope , but everyone here keeps screaming "level playing feild"

Still cant figure out why you would block out your face on the after pics. Even though in the before pics you have a hat and glasses on you still can see who you are plain as day. Whether your clean or not still great progress.

here's an idea...take a pic of your face and post it on here. Right now, do it. ::)..might as well give your name, address, place of employment, etc....it's an anonymous forum/contest...why do you care so much? Are you questioning whether it's actually me? The tats should be an obvious giveaway ::)...besides, the hat/sunglasses is somewhat enough of a disguise for me so it's not like I would that recognizable.

You made my point for me....even with your hat and sunglasses you still can see your face clearly. If you were that concerned about someone recognizing you ALL of your pics would have the face blocked out. You only blocked out the pics you submitted for the contest. Why get so upset?
