Title: 20 to 30 meals a day

But really 0 meals except breakfast and then just snacking when getting a chance on something throughout the day. Gnawing some vegetable or a blueberry perhaps, while also reducing protein and fat consumption obviously as it would stall the digestion to long.

Could this be optimal?

hahah I was just priming one of my rooms with that shit

been Mr Housework/construction since my wife's been pregnant :P

One of the absolute best workout I've ever had was on a day I was helping my dad roll a room with Kilz as primer. I was so damn high and loopy at noon...then went to eat all you can eat blackened flounder. Spent the next three hours rolling again. Popped a caffeine pill before the gym that day and the combination of kilz, caffeine, and all that glorious fish made me feel like superman.
