I used to go twice a day for cardio and stopped cuz it was a pain the ass

They are probably giving you "the look" because you go to the gym so much, yet you look smaller and smaller everytime you go. Dudes are probably looking at each other when you walk away and saying "dam, that douche bag comes here twice a day and STILL looks like shit!"

it takes more than just hanging around in a gym looking at barbells to build muscle, the front desk probably think you are a schmoe who is prowling the gym looking for G4Pers, which is exactlywhat you do in the gym cos from seeing your pics you obviously dont train ;D

Well, none of us know what size you are - or whether you're betting bigger or smaller. But yeah, they're marking you in their minds as one of the sad people.

Dude you need ANTICARDIO!  Why the hell at your height and size are you doing cardio twice a day.  You really know fuck all about training don't you?  The MOST you need is 20 minutes three times a week of steady state.

and I store a little fat under my chest and some on my abs, legs etc which I need to get rid of
have suggestions of how to gain the muscle and lose the fat  ???

MemberX, you have the structure, wide shoulders, small medium joints, deep muscle bellies, you need to fill it out, fucking fill it out man, eat, lift, eat, lift, you'll be pretty impressive
once you're done, don't worry about the fat and shit, you need muscles, is your girlfriend not gonna like some extra fat or something?

  You should check out Lyle McDonald's books and forum.  HIIT (high intensity interval training along with intermittent fasting) might work well for you.  www.bodyrecomposition.co m  Seriously though you're never gonna get big if you are obsessed about what little fat you have.

I have done hundreds of hours of cardio bro, I don't think cardio is for me
I swear all it did was make me look anorexic  :-X
I'm probably off doing non for my metabolism, I run through 600-800 carbs a day like it's nothing
then my body probably breaks down muscle tissue  ???

beautiful girls are not such big fans of huge muscles, as long as you have some and good conditioning they're fine with it

If I were you I wouldn't worry about cardio at all, maybe do it 1 or 2 times a week for 30 minutes only, just to keep the cardiovascular system healthy, but like people are saying just eat like a horse, put the size on and then worry about molding it up.

And unless you stuck on the idea of becoming a bodybuilder, you should actually consider trying to get into wrestling, you have the size and the look for it, and you don't have to worry about being 3% bodyfat all year round.

going to the gym twice for cardio, 2 hours of cardio...highly catabolic  :D
already changed my diet, training and cut all cardio  ;)
