Nope, still haven't tried it.
I actually am not a very big fan of seafood, but i think sushi looks really cool. I'm sure there would be some types i could force down...

For me Uni is one of the finest ingredients. It's completely underated and can be used in many applications. Once upon a time. Caught some fresh ones diving in the Bahamas. Only six of them. Served it as an intermezzo. A small scoop of sea urchin ice cream with a piece of sea urchin served on top. With a tiny piece of edible gold. Served in the animals shell. Seriously sexy course! Miss the Bahamas big time. You have to be into sea urchin to eat this though? Lovely ingredient.

Uni is the Japanese name for the edible part of the Sea Urchin. While colloquially referred to as the roe (eggs), uni is actually the animal's gonads (which produce the milt or roe).
