Post by: Cromespyder on November 17, 2008, 08:09:19 PM
ok-i went to bed last night at 3am, today i woke up at 10am, been lethargic all day and am tired right now, its 11:07, i was sick with a cold last wek and skipped leg day, last time i trained legs was 12 days ago.  should i wait to go to the gym tommorow night when im 100%, or go tonight, even though im tired?

Take the day off and recoup. Too many risks for being to tired, Injury being the first.

Why are we so much more likely to be sick on leg day? :)

thanks for the answer coach, i will take your advice.

i trained chest last night when i was tired, even though i got 11 hours sleep(im not sure why ive been so tired) managed to get a pretty good workout, but with legs i felt i need to ask since its the most grueling workout.
i also have bad heartburn right now for some reason which i think would be painful going all out squats with.

Lack of cortisol could be the problem caused by adrenal fatigue. By hey, WTF do I know, I'm just an unglorified drug dealer.  :-[

Could be many causes. I suggest you do a saliva test. You can find one online. Bout $100 I believe. BYW, taking that much Cialis is NOT a good idea, AT ALL!!!!!

i took one before and it didnt do much so i took more this time. i was horny at the time. its weird, it would make my shaft get rock hard without me or anyone touching it when i was turned on, but it wouldnt fill my cock head up with blood, that took added assistance.  my cock head is bigger than the shaft unlike alot of people judging by porn, so maybe its just me, but i though it was strange that it neglected to make my penis head engorged.

Tear the mirror off of your bathroom wall, throw down some blow and then head to the gym.

he is hardly an isolated case.. look up JFK's physician and what his medicine cabinet looked like, amphetamines, injectable pain killers, testosterone, etc. he may have looked healthy but he was a complete wreck, and that nice tan he had was a side affect of one of his many ailments.  its interesting stuff... I don't know how the hell he functioned with all the stuff I have read.

The only time you suffered from adrenal fatigue was when your boyfriend got it pumping from your last butthole bonanza bash.

Good going Ron, keep approving the coward gimmicks.

You can always do a short modified home workout, revolving around manual movements of whatever day you should be training.  Sissy squats, bodyweight lunges, and some calf stretching is a decent way to keep those bodyparts from going 14 days without some sort of stimulation.

No, not at all. I don't care who comes on and say what, I just don't want it to get out of control. I love shit talking as much as anyone on here, I just don't want anything malicious.

YES you should lift even when tired.  That is when you need to train the most.  If you put it off one day, it will end up being 2,3,4,or more days off.

Im dead tired about half the time I train.  Actually my better workouts are when Ive ate like shit, have had shit sleep and havent drank near enough water.  The days Im rested, ate good all day and drank plenty of water are the days i drag.......

Nothing some whiskey and skoal can't fix. 4-5 shots and you will feel lighter, a huge pinch and you will be energized. Tried and true.

an old training partner of mine used to say "no workout is better than a bad workout." I agree with this.  But i must say that I sometimes go to the gym tired (and I usually train twice a week) and wonder how the heck i will get through the workout.  Some reason, however, those days I often have incredible workouts and feel amazing afterwards..
