Anyone get it from oatmeal? When I mix raw oatmeal in my protein shakes it seems to occur.

If you use a blender to mix your shakes, try using cooked oatmeal. Makes for a thicker, more filling shake.

Only with foods/drinks/supps that are high in citric acids.
Sucks because i had to get rid of my powder N.O. supp,
But never with oatmeal no

if you don't get it from your shakes alone.. or when you eat other things.. just stop taking the oatmeal if it causes discomfort... ask your doc or do some thinking on it as to when it occurs. Anything else in the shake or is it just protien and unflavored oatmeal solely? ???

Down some milk if u are suffering heartburn. Kills the sensation immediately

Occurs only when I add 1/2 cup of dry oatmeal to my Labrada MRP.
