gayer than weight belts and wrist straps for a 135lb bench press...
i counted 50 reps........well 100 half reps....should equal 50

i'm back to right at 405 on the bench and struggle with 225 for 20 and 135 for 50. Full reps, or in this case, adding 2/3rds more rom to the movement would kill this guy.

half super speed reps + a lot of pauses in the not trained position (bottom) + letting the bar resting on the chest.
Also the whole time under tension is very low for a 100 reps.

this would be true back in the "good ol days" of gyms where gyms were all owned by bitter, gassed bodybuilders

We used to do 100's........and yes, with 135 and more.

Hello Coach, what're the benefits for doing 100+ reps? Thinking of experimenting around. I like doing very high reps for lateral raises, what is your opinion for that too?
