I recently heard that cherry juice can help reduce inflammation in joints via suppressing uric acid levels in the blood.
They used rheumatoid arthritis as an example.
My question is if the anti-inflammatory effect encompasses tendons and ligaments as well.
Any takers?

im sure cherries can. also, totally eliminate red meat from the diet. i get gout because of uric acid, and my joints used to hurt bad. since dropping red meat, i feel great and am leaner.
