He looks a LOT lighter than at past shows. Gyno seems to be shrinking as well.
-
Looks much better than he did at the Jr's
-
holy shit
I believe the hype
-
He was great in "Half Baked".
I also enjoyed his "Goatboy" character on SNL.
-
so it looks like the Olympian mandate of a return to aesthetics over mass has been heard loud and clear out there.
-
He really brought down his waist! But, I don't get it, 2 years ago at the Excalibur he was 245 and looked like a pro. Now he's 236 and just looks like a really good amateur. Im not hating, I've talked with Trey and he's a great guy, Im just stumped.
-
320lbs...
WTF was trey thinking... ???
Still, it looks like he has recovered from that mistake.
-
So, I'm the only one who thinks he looks terrible? ???

So, I'm the only one who thinks he looks terrible? ???
I wouldn't say he looks terrible. From what he looked like last show, much better.
His legs are up in size again and back is improved. Kid will get better, still got plenty of time.
As long as he doesn't bulk up like he did last time... :-X
-
So, I'm the only one who thinks he looks terrible? ???
Youre not alone.
-
So, I'm the only one who thinks he looks terrible? ???
no.
i agree with you.
-
his lats are the part he needs worked the most, the rest looks pretty good
-
I think his best showing was at the excalibur.
He was supposed to be improving since then...

I agree.
-
He looks like Luke wood did when he took too much T3.
Trey is supposed to be a mass monster, he will never win based on aesthetics, he needs to out-muscle the competition.
-
He looks somewhat thin from the side, and his lats disappear from the front. :-\
Overall he just appears to be smaller than he was at the Excalibur.
It looks like training with his new guru "Ropeman" the skinny crackhead tool has proven fruitful.. ::)
-
Straight downhill since his excalibur show lol
Makes you wonder what these guys actually know of what they are doing huh
-
The guy wins one local NPC show and people hype him up like he`s gonna` be the next Mr. Olympia.
Way too many weak points to be a pro.
-
He was 236lbs at nationals, WTF, happened???? He weighed 260lbs at thew Excaliber 2 yrs ago.How did he lose 24lbs on stage after gaining all that weigh???I think "Ropeman" over training him by doing alll those nonsense, running in place movements.Ropeman had him doing calistenics for gods sake for a bodybuilding show??????????????
That might work on an African American athlete with round muscle bellies but not a white guy with long muscle bellies.
Trey Brewer is a great guy, but if he continues to look like this, he will never ever turn pro.
-
looks like hes shrinking indeed.
-
Trey weighed in at 236lbs.
-
Now he looks good, like a real BB (and not bloated insulinl-oving guy). :)
-
So, I'm the only one who thinks he looks terrible? ???
No - I think he looks horrible. Maybe it is the fake tan? Something just doesn't look right. I can't call it.
-
Could it be his terrible lats and crappy arms?
-
So, I'm the only one who thinks he looks terrible? ???
I'm with you. The guy peaked at 21.... :-\ How can you get that much worse in 2 years of training, dieting and drugs lol.
-
Man, all downhill after 21. His legs don't even look that special anymore. What is happening?
-

Could it be HIV/AIDS? Experts?
-
He is looking more and more like a thinner Branch Warren...
-
that kid still looks like poop,,simply wasnt meant for bodybuilding,,horrid ALL DRUGS AND THATS IT!
-
All grandpa - looks happy to be alive
-
I'm in the "Trey looks good and this is a step in the right direction" camp.
Wes, you seem very hateful in the recent year or two. What's the deal?
-
Hateful???
The guy is overhyped and has several weak areas that should be addressed in the gym before he wins a pro-card.
Not hateful at all Alex.........I don`t know him, just critiquing his physique which is not as good as the hype makes it out to be.
-
He is ripped, but any condition would be better than his last outing.
Also,if you read the entire thread, there are lots of people who share my feelings about the guys build.
Probably a great guy, but as I said, waaaaay overhyped and far from living up to it!!
I hate the kid!! LOL
::)
-
Getting up to his weight in the offseason is just stupid. It makes it all the more difficult to diet down.
Sure it sounds great telling everyone you weight 300+ pounds, but then he had to lose 70+ pounds to get into shape and with that 300+ pounds some muscle will also go.
That's what happened to him from his first show to this show. Getting too heavy offseason.

Yeah but the others don't have the experience you do. I'm suprised you don't think he's improved.
Maybe I don't mean hateful. More like spiteful and unsupportive. You know better than anyone how friggin difficult it is to do this thing.
-
Sure it`s difficult and he is in great shape conditioninhg wise which I give him big credit for,but he still needs work before he can turn pro.
I just hate the overhyped shit and I realize it`s not his fault.
That being said,I wish him luck in the show and in the future.

Amazing.

You hit the nail on the head
-
arms got bigger. legs got a lot smaller.
-
arms got bigger. legs got a lot smaller.
Everything got way smaller yet he over did it with the "medicine" in his arms...
-

his arms are the same size, everything else just got smaller
-
his arms are the same size, everything else just got smaller
exactly!
-
his arms are the same size, everything else just got smaller
not even close...is arms are easily an inch larger to two inches in the new photos...
-
Horrible genetics. Legs look grotesque. Yeah, they may be large and cut but that doesn't make them aesthetically pleasing.
He has got the 'old man' look. Facially he could 50 years old.
Bottom line, he is repulsive. Just another example of why 'most' women find this look absolutely disgusting.
Again, women like lean, clean and cut...around 170 or 180.
Women find the thought of a man who lives in the gym with other Neanderthals revolting.
And yeah, the thought of these roided retards sticking needles in their butt is also another major turn off.
Just for the record, if you want pussy go for the health look.
-
Who the hell would endure the process of bodybuilding just for pussy?
fuck that

-
Something about Trey that when he gets cut up and contest ready he looks like shit.
-
I think he is better in the new photos.
He is tighter and more complete.
-
I used to like his legs before but now ....
I don't like any thing on him :-\
he had better stop bodybuilding and play football ;D
-
Wow - that is pretty damn lean. I never could have imagined he could get his body fat that low. He clearly put a huge amount of focus on diet and cardio.
Its a move in the right direction. I think he has also brought his thighs down a little in size to give himself a better overall balance.
I think the aim should be to come in that lean, but yet with a fuller look. I suspect he would have looked at his best a few days after, once back eating more carbs, he would have had a fuller look, yet been as lean, but more pumped.
He should now focus on staying lean, building qualiry muscle, with a moderate carb, high protien, low fat diet, with regular cardio.
Overall, nice work Trey. Look fwd to more progress and your next contest.
-
Trey weighed in at 236lbs.
looks good here, the others not so good.
it looks a little like he has torn both lats :-\
-
what height is he?
-
Sure fire top 10 spot in any Masters competition next year.
-
body fat hides a lot of flaws...
:-\
-
Sure fire top 10 spot in any Masters competition next year.
lol...
-
He looks so much flatter, look at how 3d he looks in the Excalibur- esp in the upper body. Yes his balance is better, but he'll never be Arnold or Frank Zane. Even his face/head looks worse. Like he aged years.
-
just awful gies he looks weird
-
damn he has a big ass head
how can some one that ways 100kgs contest weight have such shit lats
-
FOR THE LOVE OF PETE TREY.. you looked better before you had trainers.. how do you wow people at 260 pounds at the excalibur and then two years later , lose 25 pounds of muscle and your legs.. who's idea was it to lose all this tissue?.. do the prep yourself next time.. look at the excalibur log book and just follow it.. ???
-
Wow - that is pretty damn lean. I never could have imagined he could get his body fat that low. He clearly put a huge amount of focus on diet and cardio DIURETICS.
-
sounds like his trainer is very knowledgeable and well spoken gentlemen. Sounds legit and really committed to Trey.
His trainers tweezed eyebrows make him look asian...not that there is anything wrong with that
-
As if diuretics were going to make you shredded. Nothing in the world replaces the right diet.
He should get back to what he was doing when competing in the Excalibur.
Heavy training , not this 100 1/4 reps bullshit..
Also bringing his legs down in size was not a good idea. Freakish body parts are usually not going to cost you placings because c'mon the judges don't care too much about proportions. His legs were his trademark..
-
Could it be his terrible lats and crappy arms?
or the 200 rep arm one set sessions he was doing with ropeman.......
