Actually thats my shiity unfinished basment in my house i use for a gym when i cant get to my local one. doesnt have to lok pretty just have a place to train this is not a home decorating site buddy but good one....

In all seriousness, you might want to find a few members who are knowledgeable and just PM them. Posting prep pics on here can be damaging to the psyche.
