If it's the same guy I'm thinking of. He worked with Freeman, but I thought he was more of a promo guy than a trainer. Could be wrong.
-
He's a long time NPC judge and a former national level competitor
-
Anyone know anything about this guy?
He obviously doesn't know a whole lot about contest preperations.... ;D

Yeah what's with the "running in place" shit he was his clients do?

Nice guy, I used to work out in his gym Ropeman's Fitness on Buford Highway. Used to be a Main Event Fitness owned by Luger and Sting, it became a true ghetto dump afterwards.
He trained WITH Lee Haney, he never trained Lee Haney. Overall like a Southern version of Charles Glass.
-
hat do you guys think Trey needs to do? Take a year off from contests? Try some different dieting? Change up cardio? Drug cocktail changes? Due does NOT look good, IMO.
-
Take a year off from contests?
He almost took 2 (!!!) years off before this season and still came in worse. ::)
-
Why do bodybuilders who have already trained and dieted for years on their own to develop a championship bb physique suddenly need a damn trainer?

Maybe because that "trainer" is a high level NPC judge and can "help" him? Shhhhhhh.... :-X

another bs "philosophy".

Trey looks awesome, much better than before glad to see he's got his gut undercontrol. As long as he can keep that midsection looking good everything else with fall into place. Good job Trey, looking forward to seeing you compete as a pro next year, best of luck to you.

rope used to train us at morehouse. He trained hella pro football players. Dude is extremely intense. he used to make the team lunge around a 400 meter track....he also used to make us do 100 reps of 135 on bench press. I didnt really care for his training. He also has a gym off buford highway. this one black chick who looks like a man is behind the counter. And his gym smells like absolute ass...
-
he got real bugged out eyes too. and a high voice

I remember Main Event on Buford Hwy. I use to think that Gym was the shit. Boy, that was many moons ago. Hate to hear it's become Ghetto Fabulous.
