This idiot can't just let it go that he got away with his worthless life he lives. He now wants to sue Goodyear Tire because of the blown out tire OMG HAHAHAHHAHHA, too bad he didn't die too, what a piece of ungrateful shit.
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Punk musician Travis Barker on Friday sued companies linked to a plane that crashed in South Carolina, injuring him and killing two friends.
The former Blink-182 drummer sued the plane's owners, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., and an airplane maintenance company, seeking more than $25,000 in damages.
Barker's suit claims the companies improperly operated and maintained the Learjet that overshot a runway and burst into flames on Sept. 19.
The crash killed two pilots, Barker's assistant, Chris Baker, and Barker's bodyguard, Charles Monroe Still Jr.
Barker is seeking damages for pain and suffering, disfigurement, loss of earnings, and medical and legal expenses. Still's mother, Thelma Martin Still, joined Barker in the lawsuit and is suing the companies for damages including grief and sorrow, funeral expenses and loss of earnings.
Barker and celebrity disc jockey DJ AM were both injured in the crash. The pair had performed together the night of the crash and were flying back to Los Angeles.
The lawsuit alleges that the Learjet was "defective" and faults the plane's pilots, claiming they were improperly trained and should have tried to take off rather than continue down the runway.

If companies have no fear of consequences, they will try to get away with anything that will help them profit - at the expense of your health.

I'm not sure why a bunch of guys are defending big companies; they look at you as little more than a potential buyer of product.

So,
I look at Travis as a sort of 'voice' for people that otherwise wouldn't have the money or sophistication to proceed with court action against big business.

If I meet someone with tattoos up and down their body, holes in their ears, and a metal stud through their nose........if I come into contatc with a black kid who has 30lbs of gold chain hanging around his neck, and his pants sagging down to his knees........well....... ........if I come into contact with a woman with fake tits more plastic surgery than joan rivers.......well. I never said anything about being perfect. But Travis Barker presents himself as some druggie, twinked out, skinny rockstar with tattoos up and down his body because THAT IS WHAT he wants to portray. He might very well be a nice guy but he's not exactly gonna pull off the rockstar look dressing and looking like Clark Kent. And a lot of rockstars do drugs, party etc. That's the lifestyle. Whether or not he lives that lifestyle is one thing.....but that's the image he wants/has to portray.

But to answer your question......I take great pleasure in the simple things in life. And I'll look back on my life knowing that I lived a good, decent, wholesome life. Being a good husband and a good father and building a legacy through my kids and my future wife will be worth a lot more than "pussy" and money. When you're older and wiser you'll realize this. Or in your case you'll probably never realize it until you are old and wasting away in a hospital bed.
