First off I wanna say I'm a Nasser fan as well as Ronnie's
That being said : WTF is going on with Nasser ?? he is weak!
Both off season and Ronnie is absolutely owning his ass
I watched nasser training both off and pre contest and he struck me as really weak for the amounts of gear he took as well for his level of functionality ...
Any other oppinions ? ( not hating....just stating the obvious )

i watched that nasser dvd, to his deference, he did the shoulder routine immediately after his chest workout...

Nasser had 10 plus years of VERY heavy trainning before those clips took place.

That dumbell press clip was after a very high-volume chest workout so he was obviously much weaker than normal. Also, these are bodybuilders, so who cares? Does anyone compare the physiques of powerlifters?

Not the point .
The point is : if you clearly can't even get the dumbells in the upright start position by yourself...why even attemptit ?
It's stupid ..I was afraid he'd fuck up his shoulder...not only that...but after spending 5 min getting the dumbells in the right place he can't even press it once !
Ego litfting at it's worst ..

What the hell was wrong with his form??? No one does "full range" of motion anymore. That's how you fry your joints. Lift high enough so you feel the muscle and not the joint.
