3 bucks a hafl gallon=64 grams of protien
so im gonna get 3 half gallons wich is 180 grams of protien, i bout skim and 2 percent
plus a package of beans is 70 grams of protien
this will be the most protien i took in a while thats 250 grams! for only around 10 bucks aint bad!
i cannot handle regular milk i was fartin all night long from reg milk

im still there but bodyfat is hard to keep in check, i would like to be bigger and stronger still and leaner and on no creatine

Maybe when it comes to being lean, but you have lost a bit of muscle which just about everyone here has pointed out. I asked because you seem quite fixated upon staying lean through dietary manipulation at the moment, as opposed to seeing how jacked you can get.

for getbig I i was training two times a day for 2 weeks prior, i dont think i could get any more jacked than that, i couldnt possibly fit in more training time and food i doubt

I'm looking forward to starting bulking up in Jan
eating a ton of food and training everyday
planning on putting on alot of muscle this year
you're bulking back up too johnny?
creatine is one hell of a drug, monster water retention, +10 pounds without even touching weights ;D

it was all water retention from creatine use.
