1.- go to this link http://www.bittorrent.com/btusers/download and get the one for your OS. If you use linux or mac, consider yourself a big homosexual
2.- once installed, go to http://thepiratebay.org/ and search for ronnie coleman, flex wheeler, osama bin laden, any idiot you want to see oiled, check the "movie" box only and search, then start downloading uncountable videos of oiled men
