Okay
So i say i do like 1000 press ups, Bodyweight squats and pull ups and sit ups
Constantly eating all day.......
say i gained 10lb in a couple of months doing this.....
Would i look , more muscular?

Kinda interesting actually,
I know people are gonna say you need heavyweight to build muscle,
But i mean, a routine like this, with enough nutrients....
Ur body has got to change somewhat

It would take so much time to do that. Seriously i am guessing 5 hours...if you are even capable of it.
Easier to just go to gym and be done in 1hr with weights
