Title: Nationals: Will Ed Nunn make an impact as a pro in 2009?
Post by: Howard on November 24, 2008, 08:00:37 AM
I think that this yrs national champ Ed Nunn will make a real splash in the 2009 pro season.
I am predicting top 3 at the Ironman and a possible win at that contest or similar pro event later in the yr.

I just don't see him as being a top pro. From the knees down he looks like he had polio.  His total lack of calves makes him incomplete.

Dennis Wolf and Dexter Jackson didn't seem to have their placings affected by their calves.

At least they have some semblance of a gastroc or soleus.  This guys got nothing.

He has just as much chance to place high in the show as Ken Jones does. :)

He's got the genes, just not the mass yet. Give him time and maybe.

Ed Nunn, under the advisement of Hany Rambod, should seriously consider entering the 2009 Ironman Pro.  He looked incredible at the 2008 NPC Nationals, and can stay in great shape until then.

There are 5 Mr. Olympia qualifications at the show, and of course, since it is in my hometown of Los Angeles, he needs to be there.

The only IFBB Pro show on the West Coast in 2009, and we need Ed Nunn there!
