if you start work in the morning?
i woke at 7:00 am this morning. i did 200 high leg falcon kicks wanted to do more but was tired-was at work at 9:30
i painted 3 rooms off white and trim with semigloss
ive had 64 ounces of grapejuice
13 servings of garbanzo beans =(one package about 70 grams of protien)
1/2 gallon of 2% fat lactose free milk
im home now typing this and finishing the other 1/2 gallon of 2% lactose free milk
i also had 1 large pizza as soon as i got home and it went to my stomach like nothing
1 reeses klondike icecream bar
all before 5:30 pm
i may start on another 64 ounce jug/bottle of grapejuice cause i STILL feel tired from work
the goal tonite is to do 300 pushups on kunckels= more range of motion and 300 cleans with 150 pounds, this is the goal i doubt ill get it but want to set my goal high and see if its possible to consume enough calories to FEEL like doing this much workout.

thanks i need it! the combo of the cold weather and getting dark so earliy and feeling the beating of work day in and day out a falcon could use a bit of luck tonite

na but got some 40 pound dumbells and a long bar with 150 on it, i have more weight i can add to the bar if i get stronger

just semi clogged my toilet with purple shit from all the grapejuice but thankfully it all flushed after 4 back to back shits
i truly know/found/understand that grapejuice gives energy but can be a laxitive in decent manly amounts
i didnt complete the workout i less than halfway through
but i dont want to keep shitting
so im going to eat a cherry pie and some junkfood

so what do you guys think? should i pig out on tons of junk then consume more protien and grapejuice and continue to push myself to workout, possibley consuming too much calories, but also pushing my body to build muscle ,, being that im 250-255 my regular 20 knuckle pushups are harder then they were when i was lighter but chest looks a ton better though from the calories and more stress
or let my digestive system have a rest?

you should take look into taking a probiotic supplement... they are great for optimizing nutrient absorption and help with many diet issues, if you don't take them already. or throw some yogurt in the mix though the supps are very helpful.

i have about 25 pounds of excessive weight that could be sweated out or turned to muscle . im hoping with my new workout routine of never going to complete failure but always stopping a few reps short, but doing more TOTAL pounds lifted is more beneficial. i feel burnt out too quickly if i give it my all for one set

im home now typing this and finishing the other 1/2 gallon of paint thinner

that looks like it would be alright all stuffed between the bread.. good clean food.. and someone who likes beetroot! they are good on a sammich
