Does anyone feel they lose overall upper body size if they do not include barbells for chest training. When ever i have done dumbell exclusively i notice when i add barbells back into the routine my upper body blows up.

no problem here.
I don't even lose chest when i only do push ups for 4 weeks.
Guess i have good chest genetics.
