Title: Short people in the gym with extra thick soles
Post by: El_Pajero on November 25, 2008, 05:57:12 AM: I have seen 2 short bodybuilders wearing shoes with extra thick soles, at least an inch extra. I even saw a guy with adapted puma shoes.

Do you also have those guys in your gym or you yourself are one of them?

i'm actually 4'9" but wear 14 inch platforms in the gym and 16 inch platforms in publec.

is short people with thick soles analogous to skinny people who go to the gym to put on muscle?
