Well guys, I figured i'd post a pic of myself. I just turned 19 in October, and i've been lifting since November 2006. Stats are 5'6 215lbs.

Looking huge for your age. Just don't get too carried away with AAS right now IMO. You have plenty of time to grow, so do your best to stay healthy in the process.
Do you plan on competing, or do you just bodybuild for the fun of it?
p.s. I hope your wheels match your upper body development.

Yeah i'm not gonna go lie about my height hahaha... it could be worse, i could be 5'5!
And thanks, i do plan on competing in a couple years. Maybe when im 21.

Damn, 19yr olds are a lot different then they were back in my day. I'm not ancient but it's still been a while. Playing football, I ran across some that were developed beyond their years but seems to be more prevelant these days. There are a lot of teenagers that have managed to build impressive physiques in relatively short time periods. Keep up the good work. I'm here to tell you it continues to get better with age. Good luck.

Thanks man. You also gotta remember that this is a bodybuilding forum though, that's probably why you see more young guys that take bodybuilding seriously and actually focus on nutrition. I'd imagine back when you were my age there was just as many, but no forums to chat with them or see how many there really were.

Thanks bro. I alternate each week with DB Curls and straight bar curls, then do some preacher curls and hammer curls. I throw in some machines once in awhile too.
I WANTED to play football, but the school thought it would've been too expensive to get a good field and fencing and all that considering the season would only be 3-4 months. Hockey's really big here so I played that from age 10-16.
My goal is to compete in 2010... the local show here is pathetic and there's only like 2 entrants per class so i'd like to do the local show, then the provincial show(state show) in the same year. It all depends how much progress I can make.

Yeah but that shouldn't deter you too much, you gotta start somewhere.
Look at Glen, I believe there was only 2 entrants in his first show, but he still dedicated himself to a solid diet and lifting regimen... came in ripped, and then put it all out there in a local show.

Yeah i figure i WILL do it. I just turned 19 so if I compete in October 2010(when the local show is), i'll only be 20(because my birthday is late october) and still eligible to do the teen class. I'd like to do the teen class and the open and see what I can do.

Ever used any of he Instone supplements? I thought the pudding was pretty good but the protein powder was a bit too chalky for my tastes.

Yeah i've got alot of his movies, lots of Arnold ones too.
Never used any of his supps... actually i hardly use any supps anyway. I just use some whey and bcaa's(along with a multi and fish oil of course)

Yeah I find my traps actually make my delts look small. I think it's all the heavy deadlifting I do, because I probably only do shrugs 1-2 times a month.

Nah, i've been at kingswood for a long time now. I got a couple month membership there, then switched to kingswood when it ran out.
You done your course yet?

As for my course Im going to take my exam next week, after that I want to do the performance nutrition course. I was told that course is quite a bit harder then the c.f.t course
