better than the "regular" competitors?

You have a group of guys that have a weight limit that aren't fighting to get as big as possible (less insulin abuse).  This will result in less guts but more cuts.
Mass will be sacrificed but the quality of the physique will be much better, much like a throwback to the 90's.

sorry man but nobody under 5'4 can look as good as Phil Heath, Dennis Wolf, Freeman etc
