hey im just wondering . if those p90 X weekly training system actually work. like has anyone here done it and achieved tonedness?
My buddy always tried but he gets slack and gives up after day 3-5

it def works, i used it for about a month and sold it only because i wanted to get back in the gym, it's hard for me to workout at home. i would describe it as insanely intense circuit training. I obviously didn't see any results in a month but i would bet money that sticking to the routing will give you great results, the majority of the workouts are based on pullups and pushups, the routines are truly sick, if i'm not mistaken it comes with 13 dvds, 1 is abs and 1 is yoga, the other 11 are all different variations of hitting the same muscle groups, the premise behind it is muscle confusion which i'm a big believer in...i would def give it a shot if you don't mind training home

one of my ex-girlfriends did p90 x and it worked great for her, and her dad. i would give it a try if it werent for the diet.

maybe ill give it a shot one of these days .. i have to find that thread i seen about eating correctly
