and At Large Nutrition? Ive actually tried his products, theyre pretty good. that being said, all i ever see is everyone bashing him and his company. Is it standard getbig hate or do you guys really have an issue with them?

I don't like how guys that he sponsors spams his products.
As for the marketing of his products, I gotta be honest and say that I think At Large has lost a lot of credibility over the last year or so.
I'll tell you why.
There are plenty of non tested athletes they sponsor who's made some big gains or dropped body weight.
All that would be perfectly ok.
But Chris and At Large had to repeatedly made claims that the supplements from At Large were essential for the weight loss /gains in the powerlifts.
That's just being dishonest.
If a guy drops from 400 lbs to somewhere around 300 lbs, and his raw benchpress stays virtually the same, either you have some crackalacking supplements.
Or you're on something else.
I know natural guys who's made similar drops in bodyweight. They all lost big lbs on their raw bench.
Please don't insult our intelligence and claim that they would've kept the strength had they chosen the "right" protein blend.
Mason is being as dishonest as any supplement company owner.
That didn't use to be the case.
As for his products, I think they are probably among the best.
I would recommend them to anyone based on quality.

And no, in my opinion it doesn't take all the soreness away.
However, I thought it did decrease the soreness significantly.

Make sure to save all receipts from your trips to the dermatologists.
Also, keep full records of mileage put on your vehicle to and from the doctor, also any meals that you consumed during those trips, and if you had to by any socks or other articles of clothing during your trips, keep those as well.
All of the above items should be admissible in court, if you decide to take that route.

I actually think Mason is being very modest about his own strength. An awesome deadlifter who has lots of potential.
But he's made claims about At Large sponsored athletes who's made huge improvements and that At Large is a big factor.
If he can get the same kind of result improvements with natural athletes who changes to his supplements, then I will apologize.

My beef with Chris started in 2002..about 8 months after I started Caliber Fitness Solutions. At the time, I was a Vitamin Power Regional Distributor and he was basically slamming the company and its products.
I don't have any issue with him anymore but the reason not many people like him is because he doesn't contribute to any board conversation and just spams sites with his products.

a friend of mine told me a story he said was true... another friend of his was at his girlfiends parents house for dinner for the first time and he went into the bathroom took a shit and it clogged the toilet. When he flushed it overflowed and all his shit went all over so he climbed out the window and ran away never to contact the girl again.
