What about MyProtein.co.uk ?

I order my whey protein isolate from them and as far as I know they don't have carbs in there. Only sucralose for sweeteners. Not sure if they ship to Eurpoe or the US though.

Seriously do you think trace carbs are the reason you won't lose weight?

Actually in my personal experience...yes. :)

One or two grams of carbs won't kill you & shouldn't affect you at all.

Correct. I think too many people are on the "carbs are bad" bandwagon. No carbs = shitty workouts = no progress. I'm as insulin sensitive as they come and the idea of paying double the price to get a protein powder with 0 carbs is ridiculous.

If you can find egg whites by the carton over there you could give it a shot.  I microwave them (pull 'em out every couple minutes and stir until you get your system down) and blend with unsweetened cocoa powder & water.

Don't go zero carb tho imo.

Deicide believes he can only lose fat when he goes 0 carbs.

My [unsolicited] suggestions would be:

- Have a look at how much fat you consume.  If you're eating like 150-200g or something, that may be a problem!

- Eat 10-15g of carbs with every meal from veggies, or

- Have a look at Tim Wescott's carb cycling approach and maybe drop the amounts by 25% or so since you're not carrying the muscle that Tim has.  Some carbs will do wonders for your lifts, energy, and mood.

- Ask yourself if you're sure you're not losing fat.  It goes slow.  Are you sure?  And are your expectations realistic? Or are you below 10% already and wanting more?  You're never going to get the hard full look of a drug user without drugs.

- You're not trying to do this without cardio are you?

- Get a tan.  Easiest way to look better immediately.  :D

Going with no carbs is something that’s only supposed to be done SHORT TERM. Even with the late “Iron Guru”, Vince Gironda’s diet, you simply went three days with little or no carbohydrates, followed by one day of a carbohydrate meal to replenish glycogen.

There are other variations of this diet. But, the gist is that you don’t go zero-carbs for extended periods of time.

I’ve found that it works well, INITIALLY (to get those first 10 pounds or so off); but afterwards, I needed to put some carbs in my system, or I’d end up being a walking zombie.
