Anytime I use whey, I get bloated and seen to gain fat, even on keto diets. Any word on using egg only?
Ant recommendations? I can only eat so many chicken breasts.

maybe a placebo? there is no reason you should have different results from whey that from egg...maybe you are lactose intolerant? but most whey brands have lactose enzymes in them....what brand do you use?

yeah, you may be slighly lactose intolerant. i am and i take 3 lactaid pills with my whey. you may also be taking a whey product that has whey concetrate, which is inferior to isolate. also the product may have guar gums or fillers to thicken up the drink causing one to be bloated. id use natures best low carb isopure which is the cleanest isopure ive ever used. good luck
