Im probably around 15% bodyfat, how long would it take me to get to 10% just from eating normally and weightlifting alone?
It doesnt take me a long time to lose bodyfat and its not hard to gain either, more like an endo/meso bodytype.
Will I build muscle in this process?
If i dont build muscle then i might as well do cardio and speed up the process
Being anywhere above 12% is tedious, the fat rolls in my face disturbs my vision

just do some cardio and you will find you will get to your goal in 12-16 weeks
don't waste your time with any of that low intensity, long duration bullshit- Tabata or HIIT all the way

everyones diffrent when it comes to burning fat and getting lean .i hate cardio and never do it , i just adjust my carb intake,and eat very strict .. it took me about 9 months to go from 193 15 -17% bf to 177 @ 9 or 10 % bf,with no cardio at all.. but i at very clean ..i also put on muscle while eating around 150 carbs a day .. at most ..it all depends on the person , but i would say around 6 months or so ..when the fat starts coming off you will be surprised how small you really are .

i was 280lbs this summer,i was 237 last night,42 lbs in 3months give or take a lb or 2.i started dieting hard and some weight came off but it wasnt till i started doing 1 hour cardio on empty stomach at 330 in the morning that the weight just started coming off in huge chunks,im a believer in cardio on empty gut.but i think if your diet aint on the money it makes things alot more complicated and youll end up having to do way more cardio than just an hour imo.also let it be written i was on the juice this summer so i know for a fact some of the weight i dropped was water

How low on cals do you think someone could go in 4-6 week period without messing themselves up if they are looking to do it quickly and lose about 10 lbs?

K, what ive decided to do is to train 3 times a week and eat whatever i want which will usually constitute of 2-3 meals a day.
Biceps/Back
Triceps/traps/shoulders/abbs
Legs/abbs
Ill stay tubby and when the summer comes ill shred it up and be at 9% bodyfat
AFter that i will post my pictures of Getbig to seek approval and validation from my peers/friends/family, this way my ego will be inflated and i can hit the town with a smile on my face

i tend to go the cardio and moderate carb route my self...... totaly agree with the suprised how small you will be statement,,, until you get ripped youve got no idea how big u actualy are, big slap in the face for some people
