is it good?for a natural??
-
Dont think there's much point... Adonis got really bulky and I guess it helped him strengthwise but not for a bodybuilder... besides eating a lot if a pain in the ass and expensive

That's a mistake a lot of guys make IMO, especially when first starting out. They eat anything they want and gain a ton of bodyfat and minimal muscle. If you are trying to gain size, I would stay with the traditional protein and carb sources, but not be afraid of having some extra calories from time to time.

its pretty ez concept, eat a LOT of GOOD food

T-nation had a good article on this a while back.
The basic idea is that, as a natural, your body is only capable of building so much muscle so fast no matter how much you train and/or eat.
Hence, eating more – even good foods – will help only to a point.
Beyond that is pointless.
So while it's true that you DO have to eat sufficient amounts to grow, don’t make the mistake of thinking that you can train more frequently and build more muscle faster by eating more.
Without the drugs, you won’t get the same benefits.

no point in getting fat.
