I switched from whey to met-rx, meth-rx is damn tasty, choco flavour mmmm, too bad they put aspartam in it.
They also have fast and slow proteins, whey only fast, so it looks like its better, what do you think.

Not the same as it used to be...

Switching protein powders isn't going to do anything. Eat meat. Don't get suckered into supplements.

well its tastier so i drink it more often, there aint a myth about slow/fast dissolved proteins. I eat meat but i dont want to go trough life eating meat, or thinking about what to eat next, its not worth it. Shakes are easy fast fix proteins.

Don't get me wrong: I've using protein shakes for years, but I feel like one a day (or two if you have one for breakfast) is about the limit of usefulness. I get much better gains when I get four or five meals of solid food. But yeah, go with the one that tastes better. I like Syntha-6 for breakfast—It tastes damn good— and ON for after my workout. It's a ritual but I'm not convinced it actually helps.

Well that figures it ::)
Something else, you still listen to those ocean wave-sounds for meditation? You should download some Richard Bandler, the best hypnotist.
This link is a fast fix

Cool, its protein why wouldnt it help? Im getting huge gains with 2/3 shakes a day on top of my regular 3 meals, huge difference.

Tastes similar. What has changed? Also, what's your opinion on best Meal Replacement?

1994 called, it wants it's protein and Paul Demayo posters back.

I've used the MetRx protein for years now. My main concern has always been the taste. I tried so many protein powders that tasted like shit, that when I found the MetRx one, I stuck with it. It's quite reasonably priced in the UK as well.

Agreed! was much better when they were lacing it with dbol and clen! ;)
-
too bad they put aspartam in it.
I just bought a box of the "new and improved" Met-RX, and it is aspartame free.

That shit used to be crack for my taste buds back when it came in two separate tins.
(one scoop of the red lid tin, two scoops of the white lid tin) :P

Thats all I used to use. Mixed the Vanilla with ice and unfiltered apple juice. Loved it

Base + Plus
I think it was about $4-5 a serving or something like that. They used to justify the price by saying it cost less than buying lunch.

This belief is what has sprouted Progenex

Nope. Before Met-RX, protein powder was pretty nasty and foul tasting and because it was loaded with soy protein, it was worthless. When I took Met-RX, it was the best tasting protein powder around and it was a complete source

Met-rx=Garbage, Labrada makes an excellent MRP.

Amen.

Ironically, Labrada was part of the original MET-Rx company. He eventually left to try his own gig. He tried to duplicate the MET-Rx formula, but had zero understanding of the science behind the product. He has some tasty MRPs, but from a functionality standpoint, they are no better than the rest of the stuff out there today...

The purpose of MRP's and protein powder is to get all the required protein your body needs without having to eat big meal. Hard to train on a full stomach
