Title: Can anyone recommend
Post by: Ursus on December 04, 2008, 03:26:00 PM
A great tasting very calorie dense weightgainer (without a lot of sugar) without creatine?

Please.

Blend boiled potatoes, egg whites, olive oil, milk, and cocoa powder.  Not as easy as a powder but at least you know exactly what's in it.

Like the rest.

I like a weightgainer for breakfast and sometimes before bed

When they're blended they liquify (doesn't stay thick like mash) and you can hardly taste 'em over the cocoa.  I haven't made one of these drinks for a couple years tho.  Too effective, even for my metabolism.

Just using a carton of egg whites (mine are 100g) and 50g of Udos oil or olive oil + milk will get you another 1000 cals for the day.

N Large 2 is good but pricey and back in the day I used a product called Mammoth 2200 or something like that, where each serving (4 scoops) is 2200 calories.  It mixed good and tasted great but damn you gotta take lots for the full serving, so I ended up taking about half.  I have never been a fan of weight gainer shakes though my biggest advice to you is JUST EAT MORE OF EVERYTHING....learn to be a human garborator through natural food and you will size up with mass quickly....worked for me but be careful not to put too much shitty fat on cause it will be brutal later on ....also very hard on the body, but what the fuck isnt nowadays....

Im about 6'3 225 right now but pics are on other threads if you care....just my adive is to eat tons because nothing will replace whole natural foods....damn back in the day when I was still growing I would eat whole pizzas and sometimes fettucine and sauce before bed (let those calories sit)....the quick weight gain when I was eating like a "human garborator" was no doubt hard on the system....

why don't you eat more?

Eating and preparing food is a pain in the ass.

Drinking a 700cal drink would be much easier.

I am 6'3 and around 230 but looking to get to 240 by around april at my current b/f

upjacked....got a little "beefy" but im one of those lucky bastards that has a really fast metabolism and burns the calories really easy....also very hard for me to gain solid mass but have done so slowly and patiently for the last 10 years.....kind of a double edged sword
