I cannot seem to find anything interesting about bodybuilding .. the amount of negative spewing on this board is astounding .. even MD is trying to copy the format with their own version : the pit...

Are people so unhappy with themselves that they get so annoyed with what they see in others ?

Our universe... our physical.... reality has one simple law : it mirrors back our thoughts thus creating our " reality "

what you hate, loathe and despise in others is a reflection of what you hate about yourself ....
