Title: Is the Fall/Winter your "offseason"

Just like any bodybuilder, we all can't be dieting year round...This time of year I usually put on as much mass as I possibly can. I went from 195 lbs. to 225 lbs. at 5'10...(of course drug assisted). Will probably start doing cardio 5x/week in a month or two to get into "contest shape" ::) ::)

What about you guys ??? ???

depends on my contest schedule...
