Whoa. I'd stay clear, Goudy. You're already a big enough Mick as it is. That stuff might get you into Palumbo territory.

doesn't that convert to like 100 dollars for a 15 lb bag of sugar?

LOL

without the piss taking..

Does it taste nice?

I use a weightgainer as part my breakfast.

I dont belivee the hype clearly though it is cheap and even half servings would be good lots of carbs.

A serving has 170g of carbs...30 of sugar i think.

if i halved the serving would be grand. Lots of weightgainers are low GI these days

dont be confused...  maltodextrin and waxy maize ar both veryy very high GI/GL even thought they are technically complex and arent listed under sugar.

id say ZERO weight gainers are going to be low GI/GL. powdered carbohydrates are very rarely low GI/GL.

Hey Goudy,
here is an idea....

Why don't u buy a coffee grinder
You can use this to grind up dry oats into a fine powder.

Mix the oats with some cheap whey powder, maybe add some olive oil,,,

There u have a cheap meal replacement, with LOW GI carbs.

£1 for a kg of oats from tesco, £12 kg for whey at various UK retailers

Much more cost effective than buying a MRP thats packed with sugar, and u know exactly what your putting into ur own powder

awesme idea boost...never thought of that.

1kg of tesco oats is less than 70p lol

ill def give that some consideration mate. I have a small house and a coffee grinder depending on the size would not fit in well lol

I'm sorry, he was making a statement indicating that questions such as these regarding supplements (whose sole purpose is to make you spend an arseload of money for crud when you could just buy food which is the strongest anabolic) usually end up with lots of ridicule.  Then summing that up by reminding us what your name was as if a future query "who was that guy.........." would sometime come about.

just human nature to look for some type of "edge" or something different to push the envelope when in reality just eating a little more good food will work.
