It was kind of a relief tbh. The whole idea of a fat old guy parking reindeer on my roof and breaking into my house always freaked me out.

There'd better be a Santa, cos I've got no money and a 5 year old expecting presents. :-\ ;)

I'm having a hard time telling my son there is no Santa. He's 11 and although I'm pretty sure he knows there isn't a Santa, I don't have the heart to tell him just yet. Here's what happend last week. Last week he lost a tooth and asked me where he should put him tooth, I asked him "well, where do you usually put it?" He just goes "dad, c'mon, really, what should I do with it" then it came, dad, "dad, is there really a tooth fairy"? I replied "what do think" he said no.
Then he asked after that "dad, is Santa real?" I said "well, what do you think"? he said "yes" but then he just smiled knowing he know's there is no Santa. But I still won't tell him, I feel like if I tell him there in no Santa and he really thinks there is, I would just let him down and after all we have been through together, I don't have the heart yet too tell him.

I donīt even remember a time I believed in Santa Clause.

Some people complain that they had no childhood. I had no middle ground. I went straight from believing in Santa Clause to BEING Santa Clause. And then, of course, I cracked me one off...

Coach why don't you sit down and explain to him that Santa Claus is real. It's not a person though and that it is the spirit of Christmas. It's the thought of giving and everything else that comes along with the holiday season.. No use killing the claus man, at my age I still believe that some of us believe in Santa Claus. Hell I do at least, but it's not a fat man in the red suit... Good luck with that, I am dreading the day that I have to break the news to my little girl, but I have a good eight years before that happens. Thank GOD!

make sure you let him know god is in the same category as Santa and the toothfairy and he'll be just fine.
