all my life i have avoided mayo cuz i heard its not healthy and i feel it makes me break out!
now i wanna eat mayo on my food...not a lot of mayo...just a bit to give my tuna some flavor!!!
are there healthy mayos yall advise?
what if i use real mayo but only tiny bit?
can i make my own mayo w/ olive oil? will it taste good?
please help...

There's always miracle whip....... and to your question I ask doesn't it make you break out? I try and avoid thing that cause disgusting reactions of my epidermis. ;D

try to get salad mayonnaise with lower fat.
i can get mayonnaise with 8%-15% fat here, they usually have more vinegar in them, so the taste is a bit different, but good nevertheless.
Miracle whip tastes like shit.

moderation bro, a dab of mayo here and there won't "ruin" your body, just don't drink it ;)

In muscle beach we dont eat mayo unless its french fries waiting to be attacked

Try making your own.
Of course you'd need to keep leftovers in the fridge.
