Title: the one thing i've noticed about huge raw benchers..
Post by: thewickedtruth on December 08, 2008, 11:08:07 PM
is that they have MASSIVE delts and triceps.. The delts being a huge standout.. I was watching dave's ironscene big mike video and noticed that my front delts look like tooth picks compared to his  (talking about the anterior deltoid from insertion or origin) and his looked like the fucking pork loin I picked up from the grocery the other night!

i don't get too discouraged when i see clips like that because guys like him are FREAKS OF NATURE born to do what they are great at, just like someone like Lebron James at basketball or Barry Bonds hitting a baseball, one in a million type genetics, this guy Seigler was probably strong on the bench press from the very first time they laid down on a bench.
