I was thinking No-explode or regular creatine mono and a decent fatburner. Any ideas?

NO-Explode for me - I don't think I'll go back to anything else now that I've tried that. Shotgun by VPX nutrition is also good but a little more expensive.

Cold Fusion by legal gear, you can get two jugs of it for the price of one NO explode and it is awesome. Great pumps using this product.

I used to feel that way too Flex until I got this Cold Fusion, I think it's the best and it's really cost effective too. DPS and BB.com are running specials on it I believe.

as far as the NO products
"blast cycle" by fizogen.. (it says "thermonuclear pump agent" on it)... was fucking SICK... like 5 times no explode... i took it when i was first starting out and i remember i used on the preacher curls a 45 plus a ten on each side... :o (at the time i was using a max of a 25 per side)....

lol no supposedly for energy and pumps, my point was that if you could do 45's plus a ten after taking it you could do the same thing without taking and that it was mostly mental then drink some orange juice and scream "shit i feel jacked" and go lift some big weight.

hahah i wish it was so easy. i read alot of psych books and know how important and powerful positive thinking can be so i definitely feel what your saying... but part of that has to come from somewhere and if im just drinking oj and i know its just oj then ill know that im lying t myself about feeling jacked.

It does come from somewhere...your mind. Look at the differences in how much weight/reps you can do when training alone & then with a partner.

very true in all honesty even with all the benefits of having a training partner i would choose not to have one for the simple reason of consistancy. If i have training partner and they blow off a work out I will probably blow off that work out too.

I have never been turned down for a spot either but just saying I don't just want anyone behind me when I am squating heavy

Use RPM by applied nutriceuticals for the energy and pumps

These NO/Creatine mixes work well for me. I like No Xplode and Super Charge NO by Labrada.
Also I just got some samples of Volumaize. Works well especially on days when I'm working out at 6:30am. I'll take anything to get me moving that early and this seems to do the trick.

VPX Shotgun is great cuz it also as 20 g protein.

I have tryed just about everything and the all work good for a while then it's like my body gets used to them. NO Xplode worked really well so NO Shotgun

MAN just started useing N.O. Xplode last week ( I'll NEVER train without it again )

I said the same thing at first but my body kinda got used to it, so i take breaks from it now and then

Skoal cherry gives me the best pumps but mint isn't to bad. I save them for my leg days and usually go with something a bit milder like sour apple or vanilla for upper body.
