Careful someone might delete your post  :D

On a serious note..Im in two minds if this is a good move to carry on this series of movies without Arnold.  :-\

There's the trailer.  Looks pretty damn good.  The effects were done by ILM so it should be top notch.

Some big shoes to fill.

Bale is a good choice for Conner.

T3 was great, but the comedy and lack of Sarah Connor ruined it for me. The excuse for her having leukemia and dying was poor. I would have liked to have a proper farewell to Sarah, since she was such an important character in the first two.

I hope T4 is more like T2 in the seriousness of the situations, characters, and with a great storyline. I guess it's John Connor's turn to take over now, so that should put a new spin on the Terminator storyline. It would be great to see the robots vs. humans battle as briefly seen at the start of the first Terminator.

people keep posting about this, again and again.

so...once again, yes roland is playing the t-800 (arnold's version of the terminator).
however, it will only be roland's body.  Arnold, himself, was brought in for a day
of shooting for them to digitally map his face and record lines.  They're using
the same cgi technology as they used in Star Wars III where they put Count
Dooku's face over the body double in the fight scene where anakin kills the
stunt actor.

roland's body, arnold's face and voice.   Might not be "the" terminator, but at
least we've got arnold back as best as possible for the movie!
btw, that newest trailor looks great!   ;D

If that rumour is true that will certainly be something.

it's totally true.  it was actually on the getbig news page over the summer.  I read an interview of the director as well as a few brief statements by arnold with pics of him on-set and with the director the day he was brought in for the screenshots and dialogue.

boosh!
