The thing is Jay was supposed to be a more marketable, more appealing, more articulate Mr Olympia than BIG RONNIE.
Turns out, not so much...
Hence the disappointment. Not Hate, just disappointment :-\

No, the truth is that him defeating big Ron wasn't a suprise since Jay was at his best and Ron was off and had some muscle tears. His second win over Victor Martinez is what I would definately call controversial since Victor looked improved beyond belief and I think easily beat Jay to say the least. Disregarding all of that since Jay does not do the judging I would say that some people are just haters. They just want to hate on anyone's sucesss, controversial or not.
