supposedly the guy was a pizza delivery guy that was kidnapped and had a bomb strapped to his chest by his kidnappers for some kind of ransome

yeah shit was quite bizarre-----they thought he did it himself but werent sure-----a couple people were convicted for the crime but the people were complete morons so to some people its still a mystery what really went on
can tell you what though-----the cops dropped the ball on that day
