Later im doing it just once a week specially on mondays, But im not feeling good about it. so now i want to hit it twice mondays and fridays...any suggestion? please no negatives! :)

Monday is national chest day lol. If you do it, i wouldn't do the same workout on both days. Maybe on monday focus more on compound moves like benches, dips and inclines and Friday more isolation stuff like flyes crossovers and maybe some hammer strength stuff.

Right now I'm doing:
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Chest/Tris
Wed: off
Thursday Back/Rear Delts
Friday - Shoulders/Biceps/grip work off
Sat/Sun- off

Twice a week... here's my current split:
Monday Chest, triceps, calves, abs
Tuesday Quads, hams
Wednesday Back, biceps, calves, abs
Thursday Chest, delts, triceps
Friday Quads, hams, abs
Saturday Back, biceps, delts, calves
Sunday Rest

I hit chest one time a week, but it's absolutely irrelevant which day of the week it is. What matters is, what is before and after in your split.
Training chest on mondays will not have a different result that training chest on thursdays.

Thats very true it is VERY irrelevent, I took it as just a poll of who likes what kinda thing.

Once a week. I've never felt the need for twice a week. If I want to prioritise chest for a while, I just train it on it's own, increasing the volume. Usually works.
And I can't enter the poll, as I train chest on Sunday's. :D

Once a week.
The only bodypart I train twice a week is abs. Although I'm considering bringing calves into that equation too.

i train chest 1.2 - 1.4 times a week......in words "every 5 or 6 days".
P.S. my muscles donīt know what a week is.......they only know if they where sore, or fully recuperated.....

Haha, nice way of putting it. Same here. Once every 5 days, 6 if I'm not ready yet. It doesn't seem like a lot, but in a month's or year's time it equals out to a lot more sessions and more chance for stimulation/breakdown.

Why did you ask if he was doing 2 workouts per day ?
Because i figure that many bodyparts for one day CAN and WILL lead to overtraining.
Maybe injury, Unless he is also juiceing then i could see this being done.
