If I don't have a big lump on the back of my neck the next day, then that was a worthless squat session.

If most people learned proper bar placement the average squatter doesn't need shit covering the bar. I can squat 250 on my back no problems!   ;D

Melanomas are usually irregular in shape, and not uniform in colour, and they grow and you are dead before you know it.

maybe you lack lats and rear delts?

But most people dont know that when the bar on a squat is wrapped, it pushes the actual pressure point on the spine upward because the wrapping is so thick, which is worse than a bruised patch of skin on your traps for a couple of days.

I squatted pretty heavy weight and didn't have that much meat on mybones ...although I suspect many put the bar high up on the neck and I put it lower on my upperback ...
