Depends.  You are f####d anywhere there is war, civil or boardline fights w/a neighbor, or beheading/kidnapping Americans is in style.  You'd be ok in really dirt poor like Haiti where they cant afford weapons, and you come off to the natives as God sent if you do some community work.
