Here are Japan's IFBB Pro Hidetada Yamagishi 6 1/2 weeks out of the Ironman Pro 2009, which will be held Jan 24th.

those obliques aren't looking too good... but wow, he's a seriously thick dude.  If he was 5'11", those would be the best quads in the sport.

His quads look huge in the front shots yet his legs are un-impressive in the back shots.
