On a lighter note, Rampage got back from England yesterday...this morning he's went to Vegas for his final 2 weeks of training before his fight on the 27th.

Those first two knockouts were all-timers. IMO, Rampage doesn't have the mental game to stay with Wanderlei. Wandy has a tremendous heart, great recovery and the best conditioning in the business.
Let's be honest, Rampage is prone to personal problems and slacking off every once in awhile.

And you probably have very good reason to be worried. Rampage is lucky he wasn't admitted to the insane ward a few months ago for that crap he pulled in Orange County. Dude is a powder keg.

actually the insanity plea is what will keep him fighting and out of jail...The key is to get your name in the system early on in life about being crazy...You will have so much more leway for anything law related in your lifetime...Judges walk on egg shell with the mentally unstable...

a few suicide attempts and running down your main street in diapers is a much better approach then working for just above min/wage and thinking the world is out to get you...

Actually, being a celebrity who can afford good attorneys is what will keep him out of jail. I've met Rampage...he was a total loon. Just a few booths away (it was at a trade show in Vegas), I met Chuck Liddell. Total class act and a really nice guy. I actually like Quinton's fighting style better than Chuck...but Chuck was way cooler.

Since I've known him he's never been above 230 according to him. What I've come to learn though is most of these guys don't know how to diet down for a weight class, they do it like their still high school wrestling......drop 20lbs in a week or so. I've changed that, now, depending on when the fight is, it's no less then 8-10 weeks to diet down and again, depending how far away they are from making weight.
