I'll start by saying the guy sneaking up from behind is "Lee Priest" and the person he is stabbing is "His Fans"

seriously...that hardcore.  i wouldnt showing that to kids.  we got alot of sub-18s on here. mods!

It's a metaphor for how the IFBB kills aestethic bodybuilding.
