Title: yay first time!

I just completed my first shot of GH into the stomach.  Painless and perfect.  I just have to be careful cause I was squeezing the fat on my stomach to stick the needle into it and as I was taking it out a little drop fell out, nothing major tho.  Any other advice you can give a newbie it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

I always leave the needle in for a count of 30 seconds before I take it out. This lets everything settle in better.

sweet brotha, I will take your advice.  I just get anxious get get the f'ing needle out of me ya know? lol but I will take your advice and do that.  Thanks again!

you do know you have to let the fat go right? after the pin is in.
