Johnny Falcon got me thinking, I read about this a long time ago but thought it was bullshit
but could this explain why some diets work for some people and others don't?
Basically it says
Type O should eat fats and proteins
Type B a balanced diet
Type A should eat lots of vegetables

what are your thoughts on this?

One word: pseudoscience.
If there is one thing that is utter, worthless garbage and complete pseudoscience it is the blood diet. This is the most retarded, unfounded, baseless and absurd speculation passing for "research" that I've ever seen.

I thought it was bullshit at first too, then got me thinking why certain diets work for certain individuals.
Now I have been researching it for hours and can say it's some good old bullshit.
